There are much better situations out there! You are all talented people that have strong work ethics, don't let this company ruin your lies. Quit, you will feel like a whole new person almost immediately not too mention the increase in pay, less hours, etc. I feel so bad for all my former co workers and the shit they have to put up with, every company out there has pay for performance incentives, and they actualyl follow through with them! You are wasting away in a complete shit hole of a company, I know that there is no time to look for alternative work and that you may have children to feed, but you will be so much happier for just quitting. Do so on good terms, so that at least HR can't tell a future employer a bullshit reason like not being a professional. I work there for about a year and now make 50K for 40 hours with great benefits, if I can do it, you can as well. Don't put anymore money into the pockets of the upper management, they don't deserve it for the the lies and bullshit they tell. Please, quit, you will be so much happier in the short term and long term!
