Salaries?? Please, HONEST answers only!!!

Ok people, I've been reading this board for a few weeks now (have posted under a couple different names; I like this one).

I'm sitting here scratching my head over some of the salaries I've seen mentioned here. People have claimed to be making up $90K+ plus as managers (not sure what level) and I've even seen some talk about managers making over $100K+ and up $500K+!!

WTF??!!

I have a hard time believing anyone outside of a corporate office executive is actually pulling that kind of salary!

Perhaps I'm just underestimating the company though.

Could someone please provide a breakdown of salaries at this company.

For example MT:___ MA:__, Area manager: ___ , and so on...

It depends on where you live and what branch you work at but here is an estimate based on Las Vegas:

MT: 33K
MA: 38K
AM: 45K
BM: 60K
AM: 80K

After that the numbers vary big time. If you want this job, dont worry about what a RVP makes. Worry about what an MT makes and if that is enough for you. Good luck and keep posting on here with your progress, thanks.

Honestly?
Assuming you work 50 hrs (after 5 hrs/week deducted for lunch), assuming you pass the skills test, assuming you refer a new hire, refer a car sale etc, you will gross something around $30,000.

You are too good for this job, trust me. They only want warm bodies to rent cars and will lie through their teeth to get you to sign on.

Thanks for the responses. I have NO interests in this company, trust me. I'm just a little curious about it ,that's all , since they do hire so many graduates. .I know a few people have worked there and are about to start working there. Reading this board has given me even more inspiration to go out and find a CAREER I actually enjoy.
