Tampa/Lakeland Group

I need more info on this HK you are referring to. she is an area manager, but is she any good.. I also heard she was cute and from group 17. any thoughts would be appreciated

The HK I know is a area manager and she is one of the best in our group. Although she is not even close to being hot she is good at her job! The area manager being reffered to in the begining of the topic is a male that is in a completely different city.

JD's not all that bad... only thing I know about HK is she used to be in corporate accounts.

Now if you wanna talk really bad area mgrs, SP (clearwater I think) is the biggest prick of all. Pity to all those that work under this man.

All of group 42 is shady. I had transfered into this group and could not believe how unethical this group was. The stories I could tell :) If your interviewing and possibly going to take the job, I would turn it down. They promise you everything and give you nothing. Just look at how much turnover they have. If it is so great then why do they recruit so much. Group 42 wasn't growing that fast! ERAC is a joke don't waste the years you would possibly work there.

dude are you an idiot? read between the lines here...ERAC sucks no matter what geographic area you are in, what department you work in, or what your title is. they are cheap, the job sucks, it is demoralizing, and you will probably work there for 1-2 years and quit. also, important to note, it will be the worst 1-2 years of your life. now, as i have stated before on this site, if you have no friends, no family, like working 55-60 hours a week, including saturday's - year round - then by all means apply. in other words, if you have no better options in your life, then go for it.

true story: just rented from erac last week (dealership paid for the rental). as i walked into the erac store there were two people working....both trying to deal with customers in their face, phones ringing and beeping off the hook, and of course, their mcdonald's food getting cold in the break room (their lunch break no doubt).
