naw, i decided to i was 23 years old and was to old to work for erac anymore and wanted a paying job, and bought myself a house, your not one of scott pearson boyfriends so are you just one of his boys who kiss up to him when they see him than talk crap behind his back later? like all the branch managers in his area

Bottom line is group 42 is in the shitter. Look at all the top managers who have left from all the areas over the past few years! Group 42 needs to decide if they want to stay average or cut some of the dead weight at the top that has been holding them back for over 5 years. So many L3's and up are afraid to get some balls and do what it takes to keep the top employees. They are content with what they are doing and the money they are making. Get some drive and don't settle for what you got, you can never have enough. Just as you get comfortable is when everything passes you by and you will be stuck trying to pick up the pieces of your resume.
