Let me ask you this. Do you honestly think that ERAC cares about you? Seriously! Let's say you went to your manager and said, "I just tore those guys on Failing Enterprise a new a-hole!" Do you really think they would care? Hell, once someone better than you comes along, you're out! Never think you are better than anyone else in this world, especially if you work for ERAC. Believe it or not, Blockbuster Video employees get more respect than you do.

I would highly recommend ERAC. When I graduated from college I had no options. Then ERAC come calling and it changed my life. Spending 6 months-1 year at ERAC is invaluable. Use it for the experience then get out

For those bashing the individuals venting, it is obvious that you work for ERAC. Perhaps you're an ARM, RVP, or BM that wants to catch your underlings' expressing their right of freedom of speech. You may be a new hire that is brainwashed or too drunk from an after-hours ERAC function. Anyway, for those about to graduate from college, stay away from the ERAC pyramid scheme. ERAC is no longer Fortune 500 respected, ranked, or otherwise. ERAC is no longer a "top place to work for", either. Work where you might be remotely appreciated, as opposed to being treated like a pre-Civil War slave!
