Hey Chonger- Once you realize that you made a big mistake in your life by becoming an ERAC Pro-Terrorist soldier, you will thank those that brought the "hate" to light. If you think ERAC is sooooo great, then why is their turnover rate 3x higher than the national average? It is not that these people can't hang, as you eloquently put it. The company is simply a breeding ground for corruption and lies!
| |||
Corruption and lies exist everywhere. Power corrupts and it is human nature to eventually lie. ERAC is no different, but also no worse. I think many people that leave E just have a huge chip on their shoulder. Let it go and enjoy life if you can allow yourself to. You obviously couldn't let yourself enjoy ERAC. I question whether you developed the comradere that we get from fighting all those years (or for some months) in the trenches. For those of you who are still there, good luck and gain what you can from it. Also, God bless ECARS 2.0 which I was promised for 5 years and just missed out! I had an email account when we got new technology... for a week before I left. LOL.

I worked for the company for 3 years and I am telling you right now, we all know the job sucks, we try not to talk about it or to think it will get better when we get promoted... I was very sucessfull and made a lot of money but the fact is, you are not entitled to have a personal life and if you dare ask for personal time they might give it to you but you endanger your future career with the company. Even area manager work very long days and frankly, i don;t want their job anymore. I made good money and was doing great as a branch manager. I do think that the nicest people work for enterprise and they have great skills. I think the company needs to adjust in order to keep a better work culture. They all talk about work life balance but it's far from here. I know the company is trying but ther is another big problem with Enterprise. The employees are all very smart people and we have to constantly take it up the ass when a customer is wrong. You can only take so much. I had great ESQI scores and I think I am very reasonable with customers. But when they disrespect me or my employees or when they are just WRONG I should be backed up by my area manager... I have seen a lot of cases where even my area manager said, you're right but It went over my head. SO? that's the problem with the company and I understand that Enterprise might give the customer what they want because they might sue us and even if they were wrong the costs of a lawsuit is a lot more than fixing it then and there. well then I say there is something clearly wrong with this legal system. this is why Enterprise is failing...

the problem lies within the fact that your head has been 'brainwashed' with green bug juice, and lies/fraud for so long thatyou cant think outside 'the box' and retards like you will always end up getting it in the end. either erac will axe you and just waste your precious little time on this rip off company who lies, steals and frauds every way they can, whenever they can, all you have to do is read, read, read the posts on here to learn how and why this happens. AND the employees, vicious as they are, makes the company that much worse off than it has to be. but it not owed to the legal system. it is owed to erac and no one else since they have to 'exsist' to be 'sued' so there
