| There is no drug test. So smoke up and relax. GP 32 used to make you take one from level 1 to level 2, but it's easy to pass, I smoked and dropped E the weekend before and didn't take anything to help. Now it's only level 2 to level 3 in GP 32. |

| Its funny you don't have to take a drug test to drive people around all day but have to pee in a cup to work at a supermarket. |
| |||
| Of course there is no drug test initially. If there were: A) it would cost ERAC to conduct B) ERAC knows that ex frat guys right out of college have a good chance to fail it, costing them an employee that costs money to recruit. Adding a drug test would be stupid for ERAC to do and it would hurt their recruiting process, word of mouth spreads that there is no test and this becomes the only option for some, and they fall into the green hole.... |
| |||
| So does ERAC drug test for Car prep positions?? |
| |||
| drug test no. background check no. transcript request no. You could say you were a havard law grad and been a high school drop out and would get a job there. We were all cattle to them. they dont care if you do drugs, they pretty much endorse drinking your problems away. The company is a disgrace. |

| ...funny quote, dipshit!!! F.Y.I-...i'm a former B.M. and i never took a piss test. the standard across the board is to piss when yo get bumped from M.A. to A.M. because you will then begin to receive a small portion of your branches profits- if you are in good with your ARMS- like I was-you will never be asked to... but heed the advice of the others ERAC is a joke...but the training program is really good. |

What exactly was the training program again, lying to customers? Learning how to read Enterprise's make-shift monthly "Income Statements" that were dumbed down for the employes? Washing cars while wearing suits? Learning how to use a 25 year old computer program that would constantly go down? The only good thing that you learn while working at Enterprise is how to keep cool while someone is in your face yelling at you for not having a car for them even though they have a reservation. |
