Yeah, what's really insulting and pathetic and one of my biggest pet peeves is that when the company rewards you, they give you free buffet dinner and beer and little toys. When managers want to reward you, they buy you a red bull and ice cream bars. It's like we're being treated as little ignorant kids.

Yeah, I still have mine from 2002. That was actually a halfway decent gift. The following year it was a chinsy charcoal grill but I left shortly after that. Sounds like the gifts have gone downhill since then.
