| That guy is my hero! |
| |||
| Wow, a wife that complains about her husband working their ass off to make ends meet. This is the first I have ever heard of something like this. |
| |||
| Yes, actually I just quit today. I wanted to make sure that I had something else lined up before I did so. It was like a semi truck being lifted off of my shoulders. I just wrote a resignation letter and slipped it underneath the door before the branch opened. Didn't receive a call from anyone all day and could care less to! |

Congrats! So what line of work are you heading into? |

| I came out of the wireless telecom industry and am going back into it with a different company. |

Makes ends meet? More like don't make shit. |

| Yes, and when you "do things the right way" as in give your two weeks notice they send you home on the spot claiming they'll pay out your last two weeks. They say they're afraid that "you will do damage to the company" so that's why they do this. Goes to show you they don't trust their employees. No wonder why morale is so low with this armpit of a company. Wal-Mart anyone? |

Hold on, ERAC has you leave the day you quit but they still pay you for two weeks? That doesn't sound like ERAC, I would figure they would only pay you up to the day you quit. |

| Actually, it isn't the "erac" thing to do, it's the legal thing to do. That's right all you e-racer's looking to get away from that hell hole, IF YOU PUT IN YOUR TWO WEEK NOTICE AND THEY DECIDE TO LET YOU GO THAT DAY, THEY LEGALLY HAVE TO PAY YOU FOR YOUR LAST TWO WEEKS OF WORK!!!!!. It falls under the at-will employment laws. Enterprise is not doing you any favors, even though they make it seem like they are. They know very well that if they don't pay you, they can get sued and fined. If you don't believe me call the Department of Labor. |
