Very true. I guess it was just amusing to me to see my GM, who was supposedly pulling in over $2 million / year, spelling words like "coverege" and "fundimental". These are simple words here, people!

You can also open up a couple tickets using your BM's employee number, using old unused ARMS res's and shop cars. Shread the tickets, and know that your BM will have some serious explaining to do when it gets sorted out 2 weeks later(if your branch is a real mess, it might be months!)

Call the local EPA State office. Washing cars behind the strip mall is wrong, and illegal!

Make sure you tell every new employee to their face WHY you are not going to be there tommorow-otherwise the Area Managers will spin them silly with "their" version of why you left.

Oh year-POST YOU FEELINGS HERE! I KNOW THAT all the GM's and RVP's look at this site daily and PRAY TO THEIR GODS that their Group/Regions is not mentioned. Wanna pay'em back? NAME NAMES in here-tell your story-BELIEVE ME-many people are reading this in St Louis and you can bring a heap of trouble down on whomever you want, but it only works if you TELL THE TRUTH-It is the worst thing you can type!
This warms my heart to hear this. We're starting to get some traction.

Then I'm glad I saw through it and left when I did. There was always tlaks about how much they make...but either way, I equate becoming a GM or Group VP to winning the lottery. Even if you perform well, it's a numbers/timing game, making the odds of getting that high about the same as hitting the lottery.

I will say that I saw my former Area Managers check once (he showed me to motivate me in a good way) and he definitely got a commission check for over 20K for one month. So they're still pulling down some major change, even if it's exaggerated.

I think you are confused. 1/20th of $2,00,000 = $100,000 I made that in 5 of my ten years with ERAC.

Most certain there are VP/GM's at that level of income and above.

Time to start crawling?

I would think if you're gonna do something against enterprise, pending all the tickets would be the way to go, or maybe closing/voiding them all, or send out a letter to the whole group/nation over the printer showing how much you can't take it anymore.

If you're gonna be a prick, do it to the people that made you one... so long as you rest easy at night
