I hate to clue you in but in most states your future employers will never find out what you did. There are federal laws employers must follow when giving info about past employers. These are basic question such as date of hire and termination, last title held, and would they re-hire you. If you are to find out that ERAC told a future employer about your actions while there you can in turn sue ERAC for slander and defamation of charter.

And yes I know what I am talking about. MY degree is in HR and I currently work as an HR coordinator.

LETS GO DRIFTING!! the funnest way to end your tenure at eprise is to practice your drifting skills.....have fun on those pick ups and take backs...whenever I hit a turn I pull the ebrake (great for cobalts) and slide into turns....every stop I mandatorily pull the ebrake just to get that extra "stunt man mike" feel....it definitely brightens your day!! and remember kids....the best time to pull car stunts is with customers in the car!!! when your at a stop sign....act like your going to gas it when you have a car approaching and then stop at the last second....the sheer terror on the customers face is worth any subsequant shitty behaviour by them!! at least you fucked them first!!

Very, Very True...... you would be amazed at the stories upper management comes up with in order to slander employees who actually wake up and remove their heads from their asses and decide to quit.... but bottom line...any cool people you work with at eprise already know about the back biting after one leaves...so its not like they are going to stop being your friend because of what some crack head area manager tells them about your leaving the company.... and those that do leave- everyone is envious of your leaving...so expect follow up calls from employees that have stayed who want to pick your brain on how and why you left and what job oppurtunities are open for them as well. and by the way---who gives a fuck if your name is slandered after you leave the company!? when you think about it your name was slandered the second you took the job offer....slandered with friends, family and especially eprise since anyone who signs up with them is viewed as an easily exploitable monkey peon who is going to work like kuta kente for marbles and slaps on the ass!!! let the hyenas scrounge for lil gossip morsels so that they may feel secure in a futureless job.....teehee hidey ho mo fucka!!!

Thats why this site will always have fresh material. I am sure there are at least 50 MTs who will quit this week somewhere in the world @ ERAC. They are always welcome here to sling the shit right back at anyone who may be talking shit behind their backs after they leave the company.

umm yep .. thats right ! 2 rental branches I worked at I noticed that they n e v e r locked the cars - I still do not understand that kind of policy .... anybody have any tidbits to offer on dat one ?
