Here is why I would like see what you can do for me.

a. ERAC squeezy stress ball (these were normally used more in the branches than given out).

b. ERAC paddle ball - these usually would last 1, 2, 3 hits and the cheap piece of shit would snap off and hit some customer in the eye.

c. ERAC wrapped model car - when you pushed on them they would say.. "Pick Enterprise, We'll pick you up".

The post was neat things to do. I think most of us exERACers would have done atleast one of the above.

Win 4 stress balls and 1 grill and a cooler and trade up for a deluxe luggage set or a road side emergency kit.

Ohhh.. I found my alarm clock that the CD laser burned up in and destroyed one of my imports.. maybe I could trade up for another one of those useless pieces of shit. =)

Anyway to get ERAC to pay for my our of print U2 CD? I found it on Ebay for $150 buy it now.

I am going to start another thread on what we all think this years gifts will be.

No...You actually have intellegent discussions that are interesting and readable.

Even though folks may or may not agree with you, you encourage conversation.

Blame doesn't. Her arguments don't even make sense half of the time. I get a headache trying to figure it out.

Good luck GP65...you are trying way too hard to figure this shit out. If my posts give you a headache...it is obviously over your head to begin with. I post here for three reasons.
1. No blame...quit putting your shitty job on someone else. You chose it...if you can't hack it at erac...you truly can't hack it anywhere.
2. Get over yourself...doesn't matter if you work at erac or not...if you actually get it, hard work, loyalty, you will be a better person for it.
3. I don't care...I have been with erac for 8 years. They pay me well, I have fun, support my employees, understand why people quit. It's not for everyone. If it were...erac wouldn't have made 8 billion last year. Although erac's two greatest asset are it's brand and it's people, those that complain on this site...aren't the ones that contributed. cheers!

The last hour of the day I left I puposely didn't try and sell insurance on any of my rentals and I put every one of them under Andy Taylor's employee number.

It's brand and its people, huh? That's rich. Maybe you should tell the powers that be in one of your productive HR meetings about that people line. Because your company doesn't quite get that one. Maybe if they did, then the brand wouldn't be getting trounced on every day on this website. And again, I have to ask. Being that you said you work in HR, what the hell is it that you ACTUALLY do all day? I understand what a normal HR department does, but being that you work at Erac, and normal doesn't apply, I was only curious. Do meetings consist of covering up the stupid mistakes of some of your upper managers? Maybe you discuss new and creative ways of shredding the information in the abundance of exit interviews you receive every year. By all means do tell...

Do you mean Mark Miller? Either way...good trick. I am sure nobody caught onto that one.

Everyday...I get to deal with your sort. Can't figure out which id card to use at the doctors office, dentist, pharmacy...no worries. I can help. And when you get overcharged, I will take the blame for your stupidity. Actually, pent up frustration aside, HR is actually your best defense against all of the crap posted on this site. I am a neutral party in every complaint, doesn't matter what it is. I spend 90% of my time, making sure that my employees are being treated fairly, paid correctly and moving forward. I am your most honest source of info. Regardless of where you work, HR is the only department that is actually accountable to ALL employees. Hard to believe...I know. It is actually the best part of my job to be able to "expose" shitty members of upper mgmt to corporate. And again...hard to believe..they actually listen. Best of all, I am in upper mgmt. and truly care what is posted on this site. There is a lot of venom posted here, good on ya. Keep it up.
