just woudl like to say that we get treated liek shit, everyday we do more and more of the mt's and ma's work while they sit down and bs with each other. we do bank deposits, drive customers while they sit inside and read the paper, then come back and wash the cars , the office, their desks... just finally glad to get that off my chest. to make it worse the area manager doesnt see a problem with this, considering hes the worst of them all

Yeah dude, you're a car prep. Don't let them take advantage of you by having you do all that MT/MA work. If you get paid car prep wages you should do car prep work. If they insist you do the extra work ask for extra money.

Wow how amazing, are you telling me enterprise doesn't value your services?(sarcasm)WHoa, i need to sit down(even more sarcasm). ERAC exploits educated, bright minds without a second thought, so imagine how little they think of you. My area the car preps were viewed as stoner white trash and i was the only one who knew how to relate to them, well because i am the product of stoner white trash. Anytime an issue came up with them no matter the branch BM's and our ARM would call me and ask me to handle it.

car prep or not, im only here while in college, ill probably be making more money by the time in 25 then most branch mangers make, and i understand my job description, it says nothing about bank deposits and dealing with customers on the phone, sorry.

haha i was a car prep while university. i worked when i wanted to. shit i had other car preps working there with no liscence. shit everyone would come there to get high and fuck around. ( it was an airport washbay). there was even a dude who used to sell weed and use the cars to deliver the weed. it was funny. man preps used to crash cars and use it for spare parts and say "it was like this when i got it". and get away with it. haha..those asswipe Managers or MAs or MTs treat us like shit they'd have a flat tire. while i was a prep i had another job as a courrier, the cheap rentals made me a heck of money...only working 15-20 hrs a week and having a rental at all times. the car made me money and put my ass through univ. by doing other jobs(delivering pizza, underground taxi).i quit recently cause i am done school...so fuck u enterprise u can eat a dick....thanks for puttingme through college. the cheap rentals were great. can't beat the 22$ day a car, somehow i'd end up with a free upgrade cause there was no e -cars ( thanks to the MTs and MAs who hated their jobs and couldn't careless to hook up nice cars) and making 3-400 $ a weekend delivering pizzas. not bad......plus i had a car all the time. a different cars..........so ERAC thanks for letting me exploit you, and putting me through univ. and have a nice fuck you day to all those losers univ. grads with their dream...u can suck a dick...

Our car prep gets worked like a dog. He does bank deposits everyday, customer pickups, and he washes the cars. His job is to wash the cars not be our errand boy. But what can you do when the prep takes it and the bm dishes it out?

Our car preps were either former drug addicts, prison inmates, high school kids, junior college student, or just someone looking for an easy job. Please don't tell me you thought being a car prep was tough? You don't know tough? You clean cars! C'mon, how hard is that job?!?
