Watch Out: Enterprise Spies on You!!

They do more than spy on your resume online. They found out about a job interview I had. I told no one about it. At the job interview I made sure they would not call ERAC as a reference. Well ERAC found out, I dont know how. There is no logical explanation. It was wierd.

I didnt get that job...who knows maybe they were shady can called ERAC who turned around and fucked me over. But my area manager approached me about it and asked why I had another interview. However there are a lot of shady companies that moniter you. I finally found a good job.

Be careful where you apply to work, ERAC isn't the worst job ever, its pretty damn aweful, but I got tricked into an interview at a door to door sales company that called themselves and add agency, that was bad. In these days college grads have to really research the company and not only take the word of the employees. Find a job, dont let the job find you.

It has just been confirmed that my old boss who we will call Single White Female (on account she is psycho) used to read our emails and MSO1's.

Before certain posters go off on their tangents...I KNOW that yes it's work property and yes I know they had the right to look. But I seriously doubted that they did.

Before I go on...let me put this into perspective. SWF is the type of manager that has NO life outside of ERAC. She tries very hard to dip her pen in the company ink and no one will bite. She is constantly in the office often until 10or 11 at night M-F and all day Saturdays. I think she actually stays home on Sunday. She is very rah, rah ERAC and LIVES for the Holiday Party (she thinks it's her prom). She is definitley the type to snoop in our stuff without cause out of sheer boredom.

I got a call from an old coworker of mine (we will call her Becca) who got a call from an old friend of hers (Billy) who was also a coworker at one time. Becca departed the company almost 2 years ago. Billy however is still there.

A few weeks ago Billy was pulled aside by SWF and said "Oh I see you were emailing Becca just before she left. Don't you think some of your emails were inappropriate?" Becca is not the type to get all nasty and graphic over email but I guess the definition of inappropriate in this case is undetermined and left to my grusome imagination.

This is just another side of ERAC that is shady. (That was my point) Be careful! (excuse the spelling as well)

Billy is a jagoff.

If I were still with the company and I was in his shoes I would tell him to rat her out, say that she stole his passcode and that he now feels he can't trust his branch manager because she has been conducting shady business practices.

That manager has now since been fired. :)

My AM was going thru one of my desk drawers at the dealership and found a job ad paper. He comes up to me and says hey whats this? and throws the paper down. Before you know it Im in the office with him and my city mngr. City asks me, what do you really want to do whats your dream job? I told him I wanted to raise horses. He said why would you want to do that?! I said because horses dont talk back.
He went on to tell me about how he laughs out loud due to joy when he sees how much his paycheck is. My AM was over in the corner like a toad just smiling, like he was absorbing all the glory and wisdom the city mngr was spewing out. Yeah, the city mngr was canned 6 months later.
I got an interview and bought a new suit. I made the mistake of telling the owner of the store that I worked for erac and I had an interview. When I got back from interviewing, the next day my AM asked if my new suit got me the job. The owner of the shop knew my AM from an erac golf outing and told him I had been there! Of course this also meant another talk about "rough patch", and "night is darkest before the dawn" blah, blah, bs,bs, and more bs.
Basically, erac does watch you.
