This is coming from a former erac employee. I just found out from an unidentified source at erac (we will call this person Doe) that they spy on their employees looking for jobs. "Doe" updated a resume on a job sourcing site and about 2 weeks later was pulled into the office my management asking why "Doe's" resume was on the site. So why does erac spy on their employees??? Well maybe because they know they treat them like expendable pieces of crap and they know that this job makes people want to jump from the first tallest building they see. So for those of you looking for jobs, especially if you post your resume on job websites make sure you post your resume confidentially. If you do this employers can't view your personal info and have send an e-mail to you thru the site itself (ex: site sends an e-mail to you to let you know employer is requesting info from you and it is up to you to contact employer) to ask for your personal info. Also, your personal info will only show up if you apply directly to a company itself. Best of luck to you all. There is life after Enterprise!!

everyone knows that.....just go through an agency. posting confidentially on job boards doesnt even help. as long as you have ERAC on the resume they can do a search by employers and then do the math by hire date. watch out for big brother...hes watching you.

Tell Doe to tell the manager to shut the fuck up. There is not a damn thing they can do about it. Why hide it - ERAC doesn't want other employers out there to know that their MLM sucks. Once again - FUCK ERAC!!!!

Who do you promote? You promoted the other ass man and found out he had an ace in his backpocket and went to a headhunter and is also leaving but due to his discretion has the opportunity for long-term growth and leverage for a fatter raise to keep him on board... can't blame them for trying. __________________ "Intelligent Design, my ass. | If you think THAT's bad... It has just been confirmed that my old boss who we will call Single White Female (on account she is psycho) used to read our emails and MSO1's. Before certain posters go off on their tangents...I KNOW that yes it's work property and yes I know they had the right to look. But I seriously doubted that they did. Before I go on...let me put this into perspective. SWF is the type of manager that has NO life outside of ERAC. She tries very hard to dip her pen in the company ink and no one will bite. She is constantly in the office often until 10or 11 at night M-F and all day Saturdays. I think she actually stays home on Sunday. She is very rah, rah ERAC and LIVES for the Holiday Party (she thinks it's her prom). She is definitley the type to snoop in our stuff without cause out of sheer boredom. I got a call from an old coworker of mine (we will call her Becca) who got a call from an old friend of hers (Billy) who was also a coworker at one time. Becca departed the company almost 2 years ago. Billy however is still there. A few weeks ago Billy was pulled aside by SWF and said "Oh I see you were emailing Becca just before she left. Don't you think some of your emails were inappropriate?" Becca is not the type to get all nasty and graphic over email but I guess the definition of inappropriate in this case is undetermined and left to my grusome imagination. This is just another side of ERAC that is shady. (That was my point) Be careful! (excuse the spelling as well) __________________ "Never trust a big butt & a smile"... Bell Biv Devoe |

I don't trust anyone at ERAC. Letting someone find out that you're quitting or just looking is just asking to be slayed. You let one person (and the wrong person, at that) and all of a sudden you're getting the talk from your area manager about how "everyone goes through these rough points...don't let it get you down." Rough points? I HATE what I do. Its not a rough point in the timeline of my employment, its a black mark on my soul.

My BM found out I was on the outs one day when I was bitching with the car preps (they were smoking pot in the back, so I wasn't worried about them ratting me out). He was being a jackass and I went in back and said basically "Fuck this shit I got another job lined up". He tried to give me the whole "Its just a rough patch...." kinda shit. Show me the paycheck, blah blah blah. He won't too surprised a couple weeks later when the job was confirmed and a notice was on his desk either. When he asked why, I showed him the salary. Now I'm working maybe 40 hours a week, have a very unstressful job, and making at least as much as my BM was before.

I hear the same stuff over and over on here and I have to say....get the experience and then move on. Other companies love ERAC employees and they generally have a good time getting in the door. I am a pharmaceutical rep that gets paid 3 times what I was while at ERAC. I got my experience and then left. Take this time, and I hate to sound too cliche, and make the most out of it. Don't just complain, bitch, and moan about it. Work your ass off and if you want to leave, you'll have a pretty good shot at getting a really good job.
