Who are you implying that comment to you MAGGAT? I'm very happy with my job now which pays more and you work less hour. Were ranked top five Corp. company to work for on Jovent.com. Did you see ERAC being rank the top three worst consistently year after year. Tell us why another website would view ERAC this way if it's so GREAT!!!!

Jobvent and other sites like this are for losers to vent and winners to laugh. You are venting which means you are a loser. I am laughing which means I am a winner. Don't be so angry at all of us that succeeded at ERAC. So we make great $$ and are living the dream that you wanted. I am sure flipping burgers and cooking fries is fun as well. I always throw an extra dollar to the person handing me my bag of grease, I am sure that you have some of my $$. ERAC is one of the top 5 companies to launch a career and that is from a credible source. Jobvent is not credible, it's only for whiners.. Think about it, you are the type of person that complains about everything. Seriously take a moment and think about how you view the world. That's right, you understand now. It's ok to feel that way, just don't try to poison others. You are welcome back if you want to give it a 2nd chance. www.enterprise.com/careers

I will be back here to check on you and your friends. I have to make sure that BK is fully staffed. I don't want to be waiting for my large fries...

I find it laughable that those who come to this website to support ERAC always reference fast food as the career choice for those that leave. i understand it is sarcasm, but it suggests that all former ERACers were failures and can't find other employment. My only advice to you my friend: Prepare that burger flipping wrist. Here is a reality and a fact: "You will not retire from ERAC". I know it is tough to digest but it is a fact. Look around you. How many people are still around that you went to training with? Are you really that successful, or are you really that naive?

8people in my class 7years ago. 2 RRM's 1Area Manager, 1 recruiter and 4 are working with you at BK. 50% made it and 50% did not. My two friends and I are living it up. We love ERAC and everything it has given us. We will retire in 13 more years at the crisp young age of 42.

If ERAC paid as much as the current employees say they did on this site, there wouldn't be any posters, they would all be on investment websites watching their millions grow!
Why dont all these ERAC millionaires go start www.iloverentingcars.com

hahhahahaha drone
so jealous of those who made it out of ERAC
you better watch who you talk shit to, before long you'll be going to them for a job interview...cause we all know that a very small percentage will retire from ERAC
and lol at the fast food reference, such a playerhater you are...most people who leave ERAC go on to better things, erac is a stepping stone.
never knew one ex eracer to work in the food industry, not one.
quit hating on us for doing something with our lives other than renting cars

You work for Burger King, so that is #1. There are many others who found it too touch to rent cars so now they flip burgers or serve fourth meal. You know it, I know it, and everyone else knows it. It's ok that you couldn't rent cars, just don't hate the players that made it work and make tons of $$$$.
See you at lunch tomorrow, have my large fries and Whopper ready at noon.
