Lack of recognition
Low pay
Long hours
No flex
Blame culture
Head-in-sand attitude of upper management.

I started looking for a new job seven days ago.

The potential for fame and fortune wasn't worth sticking it out? Good luck and success with your new path in life.

Thanks dude. The thing is, there is no real potential with ERAC. It's the ultimate pyramid scheme. The winners are the people who get in early. The MTs work hard in order to try and grasp the rewards, which are always just out of reach.

I met some new hires today - they seemed so Green, eagre, enthusiastic. I felt like I was watching some puppies get sent to some evil end.

Sounds like someone just couldn't cut it. Why didn't ever step up and say something? If you were so unhappy why didn't you refuse to the work. Or do it wrong? I'd really like to know what you do now. Were you expecting to come out of college and make 50 g's right away??
Damage Waiver is easy to sell if you know the facts. In the end it saves you money if something happens. It sounds to me as though you had no knowledge of what you were even doing.

P.S. You won't ever make it anywhere in life. You sound like too much of a pushover.

Haha. I've made it to Elite Club every other month since I started. I would just rather ERAC was honest and up front and that the company was less like a frat party.

As for this bit "I'd really like to know what you do now" - read the post dip shit. I quite clearly still work for ERAC. That's how I met the new hires and why I said I started looking for a new job seven days ago.

When you're all alone, take a close look at the balances on your bank statements and you'll realize how much of a winner you really are!

The definition of a "loser job" is one that has to be constantly defended.
If you felt confident in your company you would not be on this gaye website defending ERAC like it was your bride.
For some fucked up reason ERAC clowns think that no one ever makes 50g's coming right outta college. This is because they are very insecure of their meager wages...they lash out at those who make bank. Ever notice how ERAC managers despise pharma reps? LOL The rental drones act as if they are better, always made me laugh, esp since their $$'s are double that of a BM. Anyway, I know numerouse people who made close to 50k right outta college...they didn't have degrees in post-modern feministic thought, african history, poly science or other various liberal arts degrees. They had BSs (that's bachelor in science, a degree pretty much unknown in the rental world) that applied to what they were looking for, and they get paid more right outta college than a hardworking BM does who's been with the company for 5 yrs.
Sad isn't it?
The lesson, kids, is get a real degree that will actually apply to a job, not a bullshit degree in liberal arts. Unless you have some sort of job focus, a lilberal arts degree will lead you into the clutches of an ERAC'esque type job where you will forever been unhappy and doomed.

You're absolutely right, I just wish I had actually applied myself in college and just maybe ERAC wouldn't have been my only choice out of college.
