[You can't even look for a job once you start there. How can you interview, you barely have time for lunch!

I am so tired after a day at ERAC, I don't have the energy to fart...much less look for a job and send out resumes. Most employers will call you anytime between 830am-500pm. Let's face it...during those times, we are just lying to our customers, washing and renting unreliable cars, doing callbacks, booking weekend specials, and running around the office like a bunch of idiots. "The customers come first" (bullshit) so there is no time to speak to any employers to schedule an interview. Even if you were to schedule an interview, you have to call in sick and hear from the green monsters that you're not being a "team player". Don't forget they have 50 reservations at 800am that day and only 1 LOFR on the lot. (they'll just be "fucked" without you.

4 months - that included my two weeks notice. Knew after only a few weeks it was not for me. Have been at my current job almost 4 years now and VERY happy.

Two months. I just quit...they sent in everyone to try and convince me to stay. Luckily, I have a brain and understand retention and turnover. The place try to suck the life out of me. The toughest part about it is that I had to quit without having another job to fall back on...it was taking that much of a toll on me. Here's a hint, if you are a single guy who enjoys going out meeting people...do not..i repeat do not take this job. You do not have the energy after 55 hours of running around all week to socialize outside of work. And yes I filled my gas tank up to the brim before I left and used a unit number to a f'n chevy aveo.
