May of 1999 till October of 2003. I was let go because my dickhead ARM had a personal issue with me and he was up the RRM's ass. He was the RRM's child's godfather.

One more question...

....If everyone hates it so much, why do they chose to stay for such long periods? (just curious why everyone doesn't quit and find a "better than erac" job)

I was in the cult for 6 months. I probably would have stayed longer if it weren't for a customer recruting me to greener(no pun intended) pastures.

7 weeks...which was 6 weeks too long. ERAC is a cult that you must quit before it lulls you into thinking that this is a normal company. QUIT NOW - SET YOURSELF FREE !!!

This the most true statement less than a paragraph to describe this comp. It is a cult...think about. Your only life is w/your co-workers. Look at the hrs you put in. You can't even look for a job once you start there. How can you interview, you barely have time for lunch!
