Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
o Promote and increase product awareness and sales through dealer phone calls, electronic messages, dealer training in a box promotions and sales contest.
o Initiate and conduct training with dealership personnel on the products portfolio of services.
o Resolve all dealer-customer satisfaction issues through appropriate channels.
o Provide accurate, detailed and timely communications via email and voice mail.
o Establish effective relationships with the field force, attendance at the National Meeting.
o Timely completion and submission of administrative reports as directed by Field Manager and additional assignments as requested.
o This Sales Manager role is Managed by Metric's - (A Scorecard).
o Bonus and incentives are awarded to top performs on the Scorecard.
o Bonuses are paid to winning territories.
o Bonus up to $7500 per person per year.

Required:
o 4 year undergraduate degree
o Computer skills with proficiency on Microsoft Office products
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
o Advanced or High level of telephone skills and ability to communicate via, the telephone, fax and electronic messages.
o Self directed, 'get-it-done' work ethic
o Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast moving environment
o Creative problem solving ability
o Ability to successfully administer multiple tasks
o Flexible work schedule
o Overnight travel 2-3 days/month
