How much weight have you gained or lost while working for ERAC?

I actually lost weight I think since I was not eating as much while I was there not to mention always being on the go. Now that I have more time to work out and eat properly, I've actuallly put on about 5 pounds since leaving and have seen my strength increase.

[Cynical]

I was so heavy when I left ERAC, that I had to hire a nutritionist and personal trainer to get back down to my normal 180 lbs. It really helped when I quit drinking the abundance of free alcohol in order to forget that i worked at erac.

i lost 40lbs while working at ERAC over the course of a year and a half.
