he is a liar but beings that erac puts managers in real shitty positions and leaves employees hang out to dry by supplying limited cars you almost have to lie on a daily basis or find another job. that is the culture and it sucks that is why most people leave. if he was doing it to make you pay for a bigger car then he is a liar and should be fired. but usually you have to make stories up to limit to the bashing from customers because erac supplys limited cars but forces you to overbook and never sells out on the internet or 800 line. they want you to lie. the better the occupancy the more profit. no different then the airline industry....

Uh...donus story CUSTOMER- get the F%&# off the ex-ERAC link. You don't even know what the hell we're saying. Just because I don't work there anymore doesn't mean I've forgiven all the shitty customers I had to deal with for a decade.

Employee to customer when customer asks if they can speak with manager "Well Ma'am (or sir) we're all managers here" One of my all-time favorites. __________________ Yo manager, we need to order another case of smellgood so you can't smell all this weed we're smoking out here.

So, true. The look the customer would give you when you also told them you have the same decision making power as your manager. Priceless.
