Hell, just do what very customer did to me!!! Threaten to go to another company. Better yet, use the "Book every deal" against them. Call your local branch and hassle them for a really good deal. According to the phone policy, the employee has to book every deal at the end of the conversation. If you get a snotty employee who won't budge(and make the offer reasonable, don't try for a suv for $10/day) end the phone call with "ok, thank you, this is a phone shop." Once you do that, you will get that office freaked. Wait an hour or so and have someone else call or disguise your voice. Now you have them. They have to book the deal now and you will get a great deal.

This is great! All you idiots who continue to give us more $. ????? starts a website that allows consumers to find ways to rent cars thru a company he is trying to bring down. Priceless! Keep doing whatever it is you want that you think saves you $. 1$ is more than 0$. Since there are more stupid people like all of you in the world that spells big $ for ERAC. I think I will order that BMW...

Just rent the car normally and a week later write a letter to the group admin office. Direct it to the attention of the City Manager or Regional Manager. They'll reimburse you the whole amount just to keep you "satisfied". It's amazing how much $$ I used to see given away for ESQi sake.

I need an employee number and code so I can get a discount. I'm going to Florida from May 17th-May 21st and I need to get a minivan because there are 7 of us including my baby. Can you please email me with your info. Thanks so much!

Rent the car like a normal customer then the next day call the office and ask for the manager. Tell them when you picked up the car is was filthy, smelled like smoke, or the car is making some kind of noise. Tell the manager how unhappy/disappointed you are; make them fell really guilty. If you don't get a good discount such as free days or them paying for a portion of your rental, ask to speak to their manager. Trust me as a manager the last thing I ever wanted was to have a customer talk to my area manager. I would do anything to avoid that because if it went that far my life would be hell. Also my ARM would always give the customer what they wanted. |
