Re: Anyone else get a link to this site in their work email? It was indeed sweet. What made me laugh even more was the fact that there was no response whatsoever. Some would say (cynics) that it's because all management personnel are too busy sweating on a potential massive walk out. And what do they expect? With flip gone and not likely to come back for years, 50% RBS 1st party (i.e. loss making) deals, and this sort of attitude "Why employ a driver when you can employ an MT who will wash more cars, drive more, do longer hours and for less money" Maybe that's why enterprise didn't make it onto the 100 best companies to work for list. No "Investor in people" award on the horizon either. With little incentive to get promoted at the moment with the promise of negative commission, I think the real question is not how many more will go but more how many will stay??? p.s. sad to see J P go, I wonder what the real story is there (answers on an enterprisealive postcard) I'll be off soon anyway but I'll miss all. Still there is always the summer party to look forward to, even better when you no longer give a fuck who you insult when you're pissed. |
