I used to get really strange looks from customers washing cars in my suit and heels. Some of the slutty MTs in my area used to wear skirts on purpose as they thought that when the bent over to do the hoovering it would be a step towards that promotion...........
Which brings me onto the incest at ERAC.... Everyone is shagging each other...
BUT this is because nobody else outside the ERAC cult would understand them and they can talk about "sitting tight" together at home.........
Also ERACs management style is like something from the 80s. A wannabee boys' yuppie club. I'm sure they all just ring each others phones to make themselves look important and busy. If everyone just stopped ringing each other and actually got on with their job............oh yeah.......the job's RENTING CARS!!!!
The way the BLEED GREEN CREW go on about the company you would think that they were working on a cure for cancer and AIDS........

I was told when i first started to take every deal........ so i did!!
One day my manager left me in the office by myself so I took every deal i could...
"What's that sir...you want a transit van in the next 30 minutes?? Of course (said with a smile) that's no problem."
"No problem, Mrs. Smith. A large people carrier by 5 o'clock today. Of course!!"
You get the idea ha ha!!
Then I got totally bollocked by my manager..
"But I thought you said take every deal. Have a YES MENTALITY!! That's what I've done.........oh so now there's grey areas?? So I shouldn't take every deal?? I should?? Now i'm confused.....ok don't shout at me..it's not my fault we don't have enough cars..........don't fucking swear at me?? Ok don't cry......being a BM means you get great commission right???"
Oh and marketing.......what a waste of time!!!!
Pestering dealerships and bodyshops every week and being made to feel like a laughing stock because they all see ERAC as a BIG JOKE!!!
In the end I just used to go shopping and meet a friend for lunch....pop in to some of the accounts...have a coffee and then make up a load of stuff when i got back. The laughable thing is that corporate told me I was one of the best marketers they ever had ha ha ha!!!!
oh yeah and what's the deal with not having any cleaners!!! I now have my own small business and even I have cleaners..... The amount of customers that used to comment on how dirty the office was. I used to keep my desk area clean but drew the line on cleaning the loos. ( I worked in an office full of boys who thought it was hilarious to burp and fart all day long and then pat each other on the back whrn they had been for a huge shit and you could smell it right through the office!!!)
I could go on all day about the crapness of ERAC and I haven't even mentioned the crap hours and laughable pay but I hope anyone considering a "career" with ERAC reads this and reconsiders.

That all are reasons why ERAC in Germany will be an "ALL-GROUP-BREAKDOWN" in the few next month or maybe a few years.
