I agree the Olympics has always been political - you're forgetting Jesse owens. I also agree that the sportspeople should be able to air their concerns a la Setven Spielberg.

I'd never forget Jesse, Jesse dominated those days in Berlin, right in front of the Fuhrer. I'm just posting a story Tim, feel free to counter it with you own documentation. I'm not trying to put the people of the UK down, those stories sicken me too. I'm just trying to show how the civilized, non-Muslim West is being crumbled slowly from within. Considering you have not budged one inch from any of your positions, not given the US credit for any of the good it has done, and have been pretty much consistent on your left wing positions I have to wonder where are you getting your information. Also consider this. Robert defends the US consistently on here. I will however venture to say that among his friends he bitches about what is wrong just like the rest of us. It's like defending your sister. You know she has her faults, you will fight and direspect her at times, But let someone else do it and you would think she is Mother Theresa.

Allright, I guess I need to eat a bit of crow here. Before I had read only a few of your posts and jumped to a conclusion. I just reviewed many of your posts and like you I must give credit where credit is due, you seem to look around a bit before posting versus posting a single political view.

Now a qwuestion for you, and this is a question not an attact, seems you have to give that disclamer around here.

What do you think of your health care system. I have a few friends over there and their views are divided. While they all appreciate having it they differ on hating and loving for their own reasons. I ask since if Obama or (whatever diety you worship) forbid Billary is elected we will be making big steps in that direction.
