Crap. No cars, working late, no bonus, shit pay. Lots of people leaving. How about u5. I often wonder whether its the same across the board?

U5 is the same , we lost our area manager who went to UK corporate, then the got rid of our gm who had been here since the beginning of uk set up then a month later city manager went as well so we have three newbies with the "things will get better attittude" my BM left three months agao, ive been running the branch since on my own with some help from other branches, i now have to "apply" for the managers job and interview for it !!! no one else wants it there will be only me applying and ive been doing it for the last three months !!!!

Am in u7 and it isnt all that great. GM and DRM left recently and the new bonus scheme is terrible. Have had a few people leave recently level III and level II cos they couldnt get a mortgauge as a level III, what the Fu@k!!
