U8 Have Just Lost A Bm....and I Think Another Was Fired Recently. Other Than That A Lot Of The Bm's Are Fairly New So Are Probably Prepared To Stick It Out. Having Said That, Even Though The Last 12 Months Have Been Tough, U8 Seem To Do Okay. Problem Is That All The Am's Are Really New And Inexperienced, So When A Bm Does Go, There Is No-one With The Experience/ability To Step Up.

Just quit today. Quite sad actually, as I really enjoyed working for ERAC, but the job finally ground me down. U8 has far fewer problems than many other Groups if what I read here is true. In fact, it was probably THE place to work in the UK...some great people/leaders. Probably end up missing it eventually....

i am very interested in knowing exactly who are you, where you worked, and most importantly were you sacked or did you leave on your own accord?

i have very recently found this website and have been reading it often. you are constantly starting a lot of threads and creating bogus reservations for the branches, which begs the question as to why you hate erac so much? you appear to spend a lot of time on this site, so you don't appear to have better things to do?

i don't mean any offence, i am just very curious.
