Sounds like an ideal candidate for an area manager position then.

Not the crap,,,but decent people...

Also had 1 x area manager,,,,,,,,,1 x loss control mngr,,,1 x loss control supervisor, 1 x ABI manager who just got promoted, did I mention 1 x remarketing level 3 who had been with us for donkeys.

Best part is if you are not in the top 5 of the promotion matrix that we will still promote you.....because you are shit..........we dont have anyone to fulfill the void.........

Group U3.........the only place where you can get to area manager within 9 months because there aint anyone credible to put up for promotion......

I have only just recently come across this site. It certainly makes some interesting reading. What I would like to know is who is Tim o'Tei?

There have been a lot of threads started by you, and by all accounts it appears that you no-longer work for ERAC. I want to know is why you left ERAC? were you pushed or did you go on your own-accord?

Also where did he work? Why do you hate ERAC so much?

I do not mean any offence, it's just the fact that you appear to spend a lot time on this site? Surely you have better things to do than wasting your time by sending bogus reservations to the branches.

I wonder what your new employers think if they knew how you spend your free-time.

From his posts Tim O Tei worked in U1 as he mentions "runs across town to Heathrow". From his posts it is hard to tell when he left, he may still be there living the dream

I heard that 6 accountants in the Business Management department in U1 resigned in the last 4 months !! I know rental staff turnover is bad, but I didn't realise that the company cant even hold onto their head office staff !

I think they all made the right move ! Enterprise Management - wake up ! If all your accountants walk away from their jobs, maybe it's a little indicator that things are F**KED UP and need to be sorted ! WAKE UP !!!

Because they are paid WELL below the market average - around £10k less than other companies

ye n this doesnt even begin to tell you about the branch managers assitant managers management assistants, mt's n the funniest the people who didnt even get to thier first day or end of thier first week theres to many to mention especially at u3 ......... a lunch break whats one of them.......... is it any wonder people get promoted so quick its because people leave even quicker!!!!!!!!!!!! its a joke of a compnay
