Some Advice Please

Okay, if it's as bad as you all state, and I have NO reason to disbelieve you, why are you all still working for ERAC, as 60hrs week (ish) /£20k pa aint great is it? and as several have suggested getting a temp/no hassle job is equal in hourly pay...So what is it that keeps you at ERAC.
Finally XMAS how do the hours work over this period?

Who said we were still there?

Xmas...no time off apart from the bank holidays. Open same time up till Xmas eve although it is a little quieter. However you will have to predeliver all the cars required on the day after boxing day, meaning the office makes no money off of the hires taht are already out.

Oh and don't expect a penny in bonuses from an alleged multi billion dollar company. You'll get a crappy ashtray or a barbeque (in winter!) all with an erac logo on it.

I have also left the company recently, do not start employment with Enterprise, I worked there for 4 years, made it to Branch Manager, then got fed with stroppy pikey people, that was even before I had to deal with customers.
