Well, you get shafted when you work there,,,,,,,you might as well leave the skin behind when you leave...

Just do the operations folk a favour..........dont leave it behind a radiator when you walk out the door.........they will only get a call saying something smells in the branch...

Not many people make me laugh at ERAC, your one funny person, i like it, a sense of humour, you must work in the HR Dept, your a credit to Mary, i hope when she returns she gets her finger out a little and resolves issues quicker.

I aint HR.....

Mary is probably trying as hard as she can, working with the constraints of a financial controller and city, gm that dont want her to "spend" money sorting out the problems that the troops in the branches are having.

You know, the little issues like -

No hot water.

Branches falling to bits.

Valet bays that are dangerous, you know, no circuit breakers to the jet washes etc.

Belive me, when she went off on maternity.........she took her lap top with her, her phone wasnt off............it aint for the love of the job, but if she was out of contact, your world would end...........

Marys got a great job........its just a shame that other people make it really really shit.....

those being the upper levels of management that dont listen to what they get told.

Belive me,,,,,,,,,,,,,If I was mary, I wouldnt be comming back to work.....then your group would really be in the shit.

Just like U7..............they wouldnt be able to get ANYONE to apply for the position after their ops manager left.

VERY TRUE- IF THE DIMWITTED GM / CM ('S) LISTENED TO MARY MANY THINGS WOULD BE IMPROVED.... ALL OF THE LEGAL HEALTH AND SAFTEY REQUIREMENTS THAT ENTERPRISE DO NOT ADHERE TO ARE DIRECTLY DUE TO THE REFUSAL BY GM (NO PRIZES FOR GUESSING WHO!)
