Final bids are due in by the end of tomorrow.

Ill let you know if we are through to the final stages of bidding ASAP.

PS, For your infomation, Hertz went under the hammer last September and Enterprise where out bid by three private buyers, paying a sum of $15 Billion, thank god, i hope they will save us again !

yep..its true. God help us if they do that. They can't handle their own affairs, much less the affairs of a solid company like Europcar. The mgt in Europe is not capable of handling anything more than a lemonade stand. What a joke.

I Heard Erac Was In The Hunt

yeh...Erac is in the hunt. The news says Sixt rent-a-car has also put their bid in with a co-investor. ERAC is doing the usual..."if someone from media calls concerning the Europcar bit, please direct all calls to..." There are also private investors interested in Europcar also. Knowing ERAC, they will use this as an excuse to offer career possibilities to their employees. Just more lying to their employees about the shitty future with ERAC
