500 for an area manager? Admin - since you seem to respond to every single post pretty much and "only" have 1098 posts, it seems you are setting the levels a little high. In keeping with company policy of setting high targets for increase in commission etc that you cannot hope to meet...

maybe try..

Othrwise you may just end up with a lot of pissed off MT`s looking for other places to go....
I agree they're fairly high, but I'm planning for the long term. This discussion board (in it's current form) has only been up for nine months, and I'm thinking of a five-year planning horizon. If everybody makes "CEO" rank before Enterprise decides to finally do something to fix their problems, we'll sort of run out of room.

I looked at another discussion board the other day and a user had 32,000 posts. Since it takes years to work your way up through the ranks at Enterprise, I wanted to make the higher ranks really aspirational and to really mean something.

I wanted to prevent rank inflation. I want to encourage long-term useful participation on the board, and continue to reward and identify people who are here regularly for three to five years or more.

I tried to make lots of different levels at the low end, to encourage newbies to stick with it, but there are a few people who have really contributed over the long haul, and I want to encourage and indentify them.

And you can still move up a lot faster through our ranks than you can at Enterprise, and at least here the requirements are public, transparent, and attainable by all.

I want to encourage the 20-posts-per-weeks regulars.

I appreciate the feedback, and I'll continue to think about it.

Do my job................jesus...............is that a mild mannered insult.....

Give me your epic 5 months experience against my 5+ years.....

I was on about my rating on the website, not my level of employment with erac.....

Yes, inded, you may bow down, preferably on all fours, and plead to lick my helmet for forgivness.

If your a good boy, I might just tap the top of your head.
