I feel that I have worked hard enough over the last few years, that I have performed well enough and have eaten enough pooh.

I notice that I am still a lowely MA.

I was wondering if I kissed your arse enough if you would be nice enough to promote me to branch manager.......

Fuck over my staff.
Work harder than a porn stars cockles...

I wont tell you what I will do to get to area manager.....

The way I've got it configured now, here are the ranks:

Management Trainee: 0 posts
Management Assistant: 30 posts
Assistant Branch Manager: 100 posts
Branch Manager: 200 posts
Area Rental Manager: 500 posts

Mr. T pities you for having only 38 posts (you got a slow connection over there in Hong Kong?). Even grp65;), who's been registered for just a couple of months, has many, many times the posts you have.

If I'm not mistaken, even Chuck Norris' beard has more posts than you.

(Since I made these rank levels up completely out of thin air, I'd appreciate feedback. Are these the right levels? The goal is to encourage long-term useful participation on the board. Keep up the good work.)

Yeah, I just re-did the user ranks. Your rank is based on the number of posts. Sorry for the demotion; I had to re-scale everything. Next promotion is at 50.

Remember, these are ranks at Failing Enterprise, not Enterprise. You'll get a lot more respect here.

A little on the harsh side those rankings aren`t they?

500 for an area manager? Admin - since you seem to respond to every single post pretty much and "only" have 1098 posts, it seems you are setting the levels a little high. In keeping with company policy of setting high targets for increase in commission etc that you cannot hope to meet...

maybe try..
driver applicant - 0-5
drive - 6-10
mt applicant -11-15
mt -16-20
ma -21-25
assistant -26-35
manager -36-50
area manager -51-75
city manager -76-100
group general manager-101 -150
uk general manager -151-250
europe gm -251- 400
Enterprise corp vp - 401 - 700
CEO -701-1200
Jack taylor -1201+

Othrwise you may just end up with a lot of pissed off MT`s looking for other places to go....
