Default Illegal hours

as well as health and safety issues below... what aboout hours... never having a dinner break may be o.k. if you sit at your desk all day but when your driving and doing 15 hour days this is MADNESS. I know someone who fell asleep at the wheel after doing a 72 hour week and not having any diner breaks all week.... he could have killed himself - OR SOMEONE ELSE - thankfully he hit a lampost

This will KEEP HAPPENING if you dont stand up!!! he lost his job over it!! NEXT TIME IT COULD BE YOU... and how they can not justify giving you a mobile is crazy - yet you would probably be sacked if you didnt use your own,,, nothing will change if you guys DONT speak out!!!

PF has just issued an email stating the obvious dangers with driving, this time of year. One of the criteria us drivers MUST adhere to is NO MOBILE PHONES. We were made to sign this email showing we have read and understood what he was saying. Since then my mobile has beed turned off during work hours and it has caused total chaos, but no-one can say a word. Since I did this my working days have been a lot lot better (getting regular breaks, no stupid journeys etc.) I would recommend this to anyone wanting a proper working day!!!

You are contracted to 50hrs a week. That is all they can make you work any more it is overtime(unpaid).Overtime is voluntary which means you can tell them where to stick it.8 till 6 without dinners makes a 50hr week. They have a choise you get a dinner or you walk at six.

If you have got a decent manager, you get an hours lunch break and finish at 1800 and flex. Its easy
