I dont work for Enterprise, never have, I work in sales recruitment, i have recently placed 5 enterprise branch managers-hence the group knowledge! accross the country with various company's, and i must say, the standard has gone down very well! if you are looking for a job in sales/field sales/b2b/account management, you want a salary starting at 24K basic, working 9-5, with a decent company car then do the following ;-
add your CV to monster, use the key words ;-
sales management,account management,account development,
**make sure you mention in experience your title of Branch rental manager

they are the people who recruit for the caudwell group (phones 4u), apparently set up by the caudwell group, because recrutiment consultants stopped recruting for them, due to the fact that they only got paid after 3 months of the referal being employed...and guess what?- most ended up leaving before this!!!...mmm makes erac seem alright!-- u4 had a couple of people leave and go to caudwell and then come straight back!!.. the grass isnt always greener!

-no they cant!!- if you use those key words, i , and anyone else can only view your general desc.- if i am interested, i then send an e-mail to Monster, they then send this to you- i dont know WHO you are!!, you will then get my contact details / company details and you can make your own mind up !

that couldnt have been more than a week ago. phones 4 u have a HUGE turnover of staff, i have personally known 2, talented, driven salespeople walk out after 2 months !! some of the stories are a nightmare..

Phones 4 U offered me a job - I turned them down.

After digging a little I think I may have stumbled on a company that is very simialr to ERAC except for the hours.
