Danny Glynn's role is mainly to try and cover up and silence any bad treatment of employee's, i discussed MY OWN disciplinary with a friend /colleage and he revealed what an oppresive little hitler he is. if a company is honest and fair in its dealings with employee's, it would not matter if disciplinary matters are discussed!- but as everyone knows at enterpise in U4, this is not the case, they try and hush up the regular illegal and unthical treatment of employees. well- it hasnt worked has it?- thats why U4 have lost 8 level 3's and countless experienced level 2's over the last few months. when will they realise that this is happening as a direct result of the company's dreadfull / illegal /unethical /immoral treatment of its employees.

fuck me i'm appalled. i am proud to say my business manager has a sense of humour. my business manager is someone who likes to go and get ratted on a night out. he's someone who is down to earth. what do you want. if you ever worked for another company you will realise that normal business managers are boring. fair play danny you are a northern lad who does u4 proud. i am pleased to work alongside someone who lives life to the full. danny glynn have a great xmas mate!!!!

get some fucking self respect, your knees must be sore now,not to mention your throat... the fact that DG is a crooked untrustworthy,two faced bully DOES NOT make him 'interesting', you fucking imbecile..yes its no wonder that people in his postion in other company's are 'boring', doing boring things like being honest and fair, and treating employee's with respect- oh how boring this must be. you are clearly gratefull to work 60 hours a week for 18K for a dishonest, unethical joke of a company, christ the employment prospects must be dire in barnsley if this is an attractive role. i genuinley pitty you for your total lack of self respect, not to mention your shamless sucking of the green dick. one day my friend, you will lose sleep over this, you will feel dirty and used, this day is not too far away.
