the santa that killed christmas

today my branch was visited by PDF, i think he was trying to spread some christmas cheer, by handing out cheapo boxes of chocolates...and participating in awkward conversations with people (how this guy EVER sold anything i will never know), needless to say this nasty visit killed my christmas, especially when acompanied by the aggresive, two faced Manc Danny "mad for it/U3 old boys club" Glynn. what a pair of toss-bags, santa and his poison elf.

look pete- it is quite simple, start treating people better all year round, pay them what they are worth and you wouldnt need to reduce youself to such obvious christmas grovelling, you pitifull excuse for a GM.

PDF came to my branch also today. What a completely charisma free, and blind idiot he really is. Pete, give U4 the Christmas they really want, start writing the only speech anyone wont talk through at this years 'after' Christmas party.

I will give you a clue, it starts a bit like this "I know you all think I am crap, so I am leaving ERAC..........flarn flarn, yab yab".

he came to my branch yesterday..similar tale to the other posters, i just want to say to PDF that everyone see's through your cheap ploy to win back some favour, you are such a cretin, and such a perportator of the appauling treatment lots of people receive all year round that a 5 minute stop at each branch is not going to gain you ANY ground, try drastically changing you behaviour, start being honest and show integrity in all of your dealings, these are the reasons why you are so incredibly disrespected by ALL u4 employees, these are the reasons why people come on here!- have you wondered why U4 had zero threads a year ago, and now this site might as well be called "failingU4.com". the fact that you remain in your Job as GM, sends a clear message out to all employees that the ERAC founding values are in practice a joke!, your behaviour contradicts all of the founding values and tears up the mission statment. i only hope that your superiors take action before they really do have to close in the UK, putting lots of honest,ethical,hard working people out of jobs. apologies for ranting, but i needed to get this off my chest, I once loved my Job, i felt proud at what i do. I now hate my job and feel embarrased that i work for such a crooked organisation (in U4 at least, i know i work here!)

i agree, Danny Glynn is an unpleasant , unethical little bully, Steve Young, our old business manager was a pain in the ass, BUT he was 110% straight down the line and honest, and people respected this, you knew where you stood. Danny Glynn is cut from the same crooked cloth as PDF, which is why he put him in place. they both treat people however they like, and i honestly beleive that they think they are invicible. think again half-wits!, your entire group detest you, even if you are not fired, you will be brought down by the groups lack of performance- who wants to work hard for someone they dont respect??
