Management (ERAC dont know the meaning!)

After 2 years I've finally come to my senses and am leaving Enterprise very shortly. I am fed up to the back teeth of this company. And I know of at least 4 other staff members in my area alone soon to be departing.

-Ludicrous hours and expectations for p**s poor salary...
-No Resources to manage the influx of customers or the staff or get the job done....
-Virtually no control over what is described as 'Your Business!'...
-Zero actual respect from higher management (if you can call it that), my AM is a complete joke and doesnt know the first thing about Man-Management/ Customer Service/ Resource Allocation/ Etc.
-The Branches are so desperate for employees that their not getting proper training before they start and are more of a hindrance to branches than an aid.
-And to top it all off the company has absolutely no interest in the health and safety of its staff, its customers or even the innocent public. (I'm speaking from experience here!). The things I've been witness to and have heard of have disgusted people both in and out of erac.

which group are you from?, i work in U4 and i am feeling the exact same thing, ERAC sucks.
