oh yeah, she's going to need luck- she is not qualified in HR!!! no other organisation of ERAC's size would appoint someone to this role with no qualifications!

Unless I am very much mistaken didn't they do the same with Chloe Roberts? She wasn't qualified was she?

If this is the case I do not know another firm in the world that would give such an important role to someone not qualified! Cheaper I guess!

Give Chloe her due though, she did a good job and learnt her stuff!

CR was better at it and seemed to know her stuff. VO still uses sexist and racist terms and has been caught doing it.Guess we will see her more at the tribunal than in the office.Good luck to her, I would hardly say she is someone you can confide in or represent you being a former grass.But,I guess ECRAP want a hired gun who will brak the law on hours,discrimination etc.Chloe was too nice and honest for the company and probably jumped a sinking ship.

What's it like working i admin?

From what I can tell up in U8 working in admin is all about making rental even more difficult and talking about diets/soya milk/museli. Maybe if they all stopped gorging on the luches provided for visiting rental staff then they wouldn't have to worry about their fat arses so much!!!
