you need to join a union before the trouble starts as they will not be able to attend or represent you at any hearings. they will still be able to help with advice and things but you will feel the benefit of them being with you in the hearing as well.

**YES YES YES YES*** i cant HIGHLIGHT this enough. If you work for Enterprise you must join a union. You cannot join when the problem starts as its like insurance - you cant buy it after the accident. Someone in my branch had a bad accident while driving - he fell asleep at the wheel - after doing a 70 hour week with no breaks, Enterprise told him leave or be sacked. If hed had a union behind him it would have been the other way around. He would have been suing enterprise for breach of UK working Law and his contract.

Join one and watch ERAC back off. As soon as they know you have a union they will treat you very differently!!!!!!!!

i'm in one, and i know at least 4 other u4 bm's in one.

if erac stopped treating people like worthless slaves, they wouldnt need to do this.
