i thought glen was good guy aswell but that doesnt mean his missus wasn't a fatty. i take it they are still shagging then? you still work for erac so i'd expect you to be defensive about the people that work there.

He is a great guy. He is very down to earth, understands that he does not know everything. He is willing to listen to people in the field and take action based on their advise. His leadership is very well respected by the majority of people that I deal with in this company. I have honestly never heard anyone say a bad thing about the man. My GM is the in the same boat as him. She is a great leader, listens to her people, washes cars when she is in a branch and they need help. You would not ever know that she was the GM, if you were a customer in a branch when she was there. She helps out when it is needed. My experience sounds different than most. I consider myself very lucky to work for this company, under the leadership that I report to.
