| "Although i have been to elite club 8 times in 12 months, set up some MASSIVE corporate accounts and work for one of the busiest branches i cant get promoted coz esqi is low". I respect ERAC's culture about customer service but that takes the p**s! I can't apply for an LCAM position coz i am still young and inexperienced!! But at the same time i have been accepted for an account manager position at another big company where the basic starts @ 28k. Can somebody explain the whole ERAC culture and their way of thinking? I am just about to walk out at ERAC. They take the p**s. Any of u guys and girls in a similar situation? |

| Just to make it even worse... i know someone who was terrible at their job and so nasty the area manager actually agreed to promote them to get them out of his area!! he wrote her a glowing reference - and moved her to a branch within his area for 2 days just to say she had the ESQI to promote her into another area HOW THE HELL DO YOU MAKE SOMEONE EXTREMELY SATISFIED WHEN THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE COMING TO YOU IS BECAUSE THEY HAVE HAD AN ACCIDENT!!!! |
