Delivering cars?? With such a low retention they must be short staffed by now... Still tho, it's getting to that time of year when people who have graduated and not got a job are panicking, so you never know...

This month they are aiming at £20pc OP. WOW........Oh and retention is below 65%.

Join u3. be here a year, get promoted to branch manager, be here a year and a half, we might just make you an area manager......

Think maybe the problem is people aren`t making money from manager level downwards (and upwards actually as well). Leads to demotivated managers, whos trainees take home more than they do after tax and overtime, which means motivation is down, especially if the trainees see the shit they take from city managers- leads to bad feeling, leads to what am i doing here leads to people leavimg leads to short staff, leads to longer hours, etc etc.
