This site isn`t exactly a secret....

Pretty much everyone knows about it. It can provide a serious bitching board (but no worse than what is said on area nights out), and can alos provide a fair bit of amusement. those groups that are trying to keep it a secret are fooling themselves. Much better to talk about it openely and laugh at some of the comments (and i don`t mean in the "what a sad loser" way, but in the "yeah been there done that" kind of way.)

A sign of success? How so? That their below average salaries and profitability reports are posted here? That junior staff members have been told that the dangling carrot of promotion will only put them in payback? That current and past employees agree that it is a sham?
