whats does anyone think to the effectiveness and the fairness of the 60day and 90day reviews. just wanting to know whether I am the only one who had been unfairly judged.

Most employees complain because they feel they are not receiving enough feedback and ERAC puts this in place to 1) Make the new hires feel that the training and coaching is there and 2) to make sure that the Managers and Assistant Managers are not just throwing the fish out in to the ocean too early. The reviews are effective if they are conducted properly as in all companies. I would have my employees make a review of themselves and then I would review them and we would only go over the inconsistencies. If people are documenting properly and using SELs then the reviews should not come as a shock to the employees. Are the reviews helpful yes, are the managers giving you reviews doing their jobs is the question you should be asking.
