Default Confidential Information

Something just occured to me as I was browsing through various posts.

I wonder how bothered ERAC are as regards to the liberal amount of (supposedly) company confidential information posted here. I'm talking about rate information for the RBS, NUDU and SAGA accounts (ie. most of their business), the retention figures, the operating profit (or lack of?)

I know if I was in the losing groups (U6 and U5) I wouldn't want the fact that I lose more staff than I keep, year on year out being published. How would that be for recruitment? I also like the way that due to their policy of only promoting internally, they get no new ideas (or perhaps thats the idea)

Also, the published salaries can't please them.. What if we had all found out that as an area manager (you know, that job which you "can" make in 5 years if you work really hard) makes a basic salary of about £21,000, less than most graduate schemes starting salaries....

I've also particuarly enjoyed the banter in relation to the payback cancellations and guarantees given. They must be pissed off about this, as it means that their inequity is even more evident and in fact is laughing at them...

I was also looking at the laughable recruitment website, which I'm pretty sure describes a different job. I like the afterthought, oh and washing a few cars. It describes what you do 5% of the time, whilst being distracted by the phone, customers etc, and puts on the back burner what you actually do. (wash cars, feel degraded...)

Have a good one

What you mean that Saga are being shafted as they pay £11.99+vat where as NUD pay £9.10+vat and RBS pay only £8.50+vat.

God if I was NUD or SAGA I would not be happy with Enterprise.

What you mean that Insurance companies do not know that staff as specifically trained by area and city managers to falsify records when selling dodgy upgrades and insurance, when they have told heads of insurance companies that thos would not happen.

I would love to spend 1/2 an hours with insurance company chiefs, just to let them now what goes on.

No wonder RBS never pay on time !!!!!

Especially seeing as Saga/GroupAma/Gan was the business that started ERAC up. Mind you, they go into a grp b car - if one is available. An for those rates, RBS et al are told ERAC will deliver - NOT pick up/return.
