I just love the way that he passes everything down to people lower than him. Does he do anything for himself. And dont you just love him for eating when hes talking to you, either on the phone or face to face.

Meanwell is a bonafide todger.

On a marketing call with one of the lads in my old branch he told an account that he "doesn`t do much but earns loads of money".

They only asked him what he did to be polite.Who really cares what an ugly, jugeared buffoon does when they`re not wanking into a sock.

Meanwell is U3s answer to U1s BK.I honestly can`t think of anyone in U3 more widely disliked than this guy, certainly not when I was there until a year or so ago.

It was when he got to City Manager that I knew ERAC wasn`t for me and started planning to leave.

Fair enough,say that to your mates,family and indeed colleagues where appropriate.

But to say that to an account suggests a certain mixture of arrogance and stupidity that ERAC regularly seems to promote.

One tale I have heard about Meanwell was of the time a muslim MT asked him for a day off in order to celebrate Eid.

"Your only muslim when it suits you!" was the somewhat shocking response.

An employment tribunal disaster waiting to bite erac on the backside...
