Joey, Should you suffer from stress at ERAC? During my time at ERAC I never had a day off for stress. Maybe you could not hack the pace and have inner demons.
Did you get sent out of class at school?
Did you dad leave you at a football match?
Are you different to the other boys and girls?

so bullshitter, how many PSL's have you won this week? IBM, Citibank, Morgan Chase perhaps?

you and that joely f prick are the biggest bullshitters i have ever heard of.....certainly there are people at erac who wouldn't give both of you a cold, let alone say good things about you!

also wouldn't you say this site is a cult?
Actually yes - I have negotitated a psl with divisions of Citibank as well as Abbey/HBOS based in Milton Keynes and divisions of RBS based in Basildon. I can guarantee I get better rates from them that ERAC would (£8.50 ?!)

However, the majority of financial services are obviously based in london and I work in the Home Counties.

I work with other Financial institutions in Essex (First Data) and Norfolk (NU) but my colleagues in London work with Natwest HSBC, ABN-Amro, Bank Geheimneshaft, DKB...

You seem to have a bit of a problem thansk to years of ERAC brainwashing, that renting cars is the peak of human existence and that no other job will give you responsibility and a good salary. Is my job the best n the world? No, not by a long shot. At least I work sane hours and get paid well for them.

Just completed my final placement for my FT ad. Not bad, a hefty bonus for a months work.

Now run along and rent a van for the weekend. Or are the the unregistered user who supposedly has never worked for ERAC but posts on here for no apparent reason - like that's believable.

As for this site being a cult - you're here too aren't you?

I don't think you got the the point (you must have TFL in your eyes) is that if I did suffer from stress (which I never have) at least my new company would recognise the illness and treat me with respect and offer paid time off.

But this counts for any sickness and unlike Enterprise would offer more than 5 days paid leave.

I understand that there are people in Enterprise that think this is fair, but I write these kinds of posts to people that arew not sure. If theyread this they will understand that Enterprise is a CON. They explain how they push for schemes like work/life balance however how can you have a work/life balance when you work 50-70 hour week. That is just plain stupid.

Don't get me wrong there are still better jobs than my new job, but I am pleased to know that my current job will always be better than Enterprise. No matter how bad my day would be, I can always say it is better that an average day at Enterprise. After all running your own business renting cars, how boring.

Just think if you wanted to run your own business (which all people at enterprise do not) would you actually want to rent cars. BORING !!!!!!!!!!!

Think I would rather run a dry cleaners cleaning peoples shitty underwear.

Just think when you work at Enterprise and they say you run your own business, can you say that you can choose not do be involved in AR's, ESQI, Marketing, renting to RBS ? No you can't. So what aspect do you control ?

probably marketing, you can decide when you go marketing as long as you go on a WEdnesday (because your area manager has told you.)

Even this so called flexi time, you work a Saturday, yet as a manager you still have ask your area manager permission to go home early during the week.

You can't even offer formal diciplinary's or fire people.

Basically you do not run your own business.
