If anyone is looking for a field based sales role in either the Cambridge/Peterboroug area, Bournnemouth/Bath area and Sunderland/Yorkshire area get in contact...I have already employed 2 EXERAC people and have worked at ERAC myself as Branch manager so I know the quality of people that they have...paying around £35k basic plus commission, home based....get in touch...

When was the last business decision that didn't involve washing a car?

Unless you are a city manager or above you are and always will be a drone who has absolutely no input into how the company could be run.

Again the whole failure/hack it thing raises it's head.

Please tell me (after several previous requests have been ignored) why should anyone hack it?

Also seeing as the company in the UK is losing money and employees left, right and centre please tell me what is worse - leaving a failing company run by ill-educated oafs who don't listen to anyone and moving to a comoany where your input s valued, or staying on wasting your life, going home to some slapper up whose muff you blew your beans and got caught out with, never improving yourself, being paid little and being valued even less?

A visit to the doctor I think!
